N-Type Topcon---Next Generation Modules
Q-SUN Solar Leading the N-Type upgrading of the industry
Topcon is a leading solar technology on the basis of N-type monocrystalline silicon, TOPCon cell structure and correspondingly improved encapsulating technologies. Q-SUN makes tunneling oxide layer and other ingenious structures on N-silicon substrate to create an innovative cell structure which provides us extremely high efficiency and other advantages. TOPCon cell can reach 28.7% as its upper limit of conversion efficiency, while PERC can reach 24.5%.
Excellent Performance of Topcon solar module:
1. Extremely high power output(up to 575Wp for 72-cell type) and module efficiency(up to 22%+);
2. Lower temperature coefficient(-0.30%/℃);
3. Excellent low irradiance performance;
4. N-Silicon reduces LID and LETID: Lower to 1% first-year degradation and 0.4% annual degradation; guarantee 87.4% of rated power output at year 30;
5. 12-year product warranty and 30-year power output warranty;
6. Excellent bifaciality(85%)
