Recently, an expert panel appointed by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) conducted an on-site assessment at Q-SUN’s PV module testing laboratory.
The assessment represents a key step toward CNAS accreditation and provides a comprehensive review of the laboratory’s management system, testing capabilities and product quality assurance. Once accredited, Q-SUN’s testing capabilities will receive authoritative recognition, while results issued within the accredited scope will gain broader international acceptance through the global mutual recognition framework.
On-Site Assessment Validates Testing Expertise
In accordance with CNAS accreditation criteria, ISO/IEC 17025 and relevant international PV module standards, the expert panel conducted a systematic review of the laboratory’s management system and technical capabilities.

The assessment covered key module reliability tests, including thermal cycling, damp heat, UV exposure, PID, mechanical load and hail impact. The panel recognized Q-SUN’s laboratory management, equipment configuration, personnel competence and testing performance.

Q-SUN is expected to receive its CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate shortly, marking a significant advancement in its technical capabilities and overall laboratory management.
